A restaurant specializing in homemade jūwari (100%) buckwheat noodles. The restaurant’s interior has a tasteful atmosphere with a feel of an old folk house, complete with an irori hearth. With discriminating taste, they only use bamboo serving dishes and chopsticks. In this place of relaxed ambiance, enjoy soba noodles made using homemade stone-milled jūwari (100%) buckwheat flour with no filler flours and the famous Saijō water.
